About the job
Helps customers choose flooring and other home-improvement products, provides sales and project support, and works to complete customer orders and installations.
What you'll do
- Consult with customers, answer product questions, explain features and financing, and support sales.
- Provide project estimates, schedule installer visits, process and track orders and installations, and follow up on completion.
- Monitor inventory, review prices and documentation, support checkout, and coach department associates.
