Provides customer-facing sales support in a Lowe’s department, advising shoppers on products and services and helping manage estimates, orders, installations, and sales.
What you'll do
- Identify customer needs, answer questions, and explain product and service benefits, features, promotions, and financing.
- Prepare project estimates, arrange installer visits, process and track orders or installations, and follow up on completion.
- Support inventory, pricing, checkout, and associate training within the department.
