About the job
Assist customers in the Millwork department by identifying project needs, recommending products and services, and supporting sales and project completion.
What you'll do
- Provide customer service and product information, including specifications, promotions, and financing options, to help close sales.
- Prepare project estimates, schedule installer visits, process and track orders and installations, and follow up on completion.
- Monitor inventory, maintain pricing and documentation, support checkout and customer assistance requests, and coach department associates.
