Full Time - Sales Specialist - Millwork - Day

What you'll do

• Understand customer needs, answer questions, and explain Lowe’s products and services.
• Provide project estimates, schedule installer visits, process and track orders and installations, and follow up on completion.
• Support inventory, pricing, checkout, and departmental operations; train associates as needed.

What they ask for

• High school diploma or GED; if this is not met, the posting allows the stated alternative experience.
• Customer-facing sales experience: 1 year or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience; if the education requirement is not met, 3 years of external sales experience or 18 months of Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of sales or customer-service experience in a sales environment with required goals or metrics.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic; ability to meet the stated standing, sitting, and lifting requirements; obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law.

Nice to have

• Experience completing customer sales orders or promoting related services and plans.
• Experience designing customized products using 20/20 or Computer-Aided Design System; department-related certification or bilingual skills.

Pay

$16.50 - $17.85 USD per hour (base pay)
