Helps customers choose millwork and other home-improvement products, provides project and sales support, and works to complete sales and customer orders.
What you'll do
- Understand customer needs, answer questions, and explain Lowe’s products and services.
- Provide project estimates, schedule installer visits, process and track orders or installations, and follow up on completion.
- Support sales operations through inventory monitoring, pricing, checkout assistance, and associate training.
