About the job
Assist customers with millwork and other home-improvement purchases by advising on products, coordinating estimates and orders, and supporting sales and department operations.
What you'll do
- Help customers identify project needs, explain product features and options, and close sales.
- Coordinate estimates, installer visits, customer orders and installations, and follow-up with customers and vendors.
- Support inventory, pricing, checkout, and associate training in the department.
