About the job
Helps customers choose millwork and other home-improvement products, provides project support, and works to complete sales and customer orders.
What you'll do
- Consult with customers, answer product questions, and explain product features, promotions, and financing options.
- Provide project estimates, schedule installer visits, process and track orders or installations, and follow up on completion.
- Support inventory, pricing, checkout, and associate training in the assigned department.
