About the job
Helps customers in the Millwork department choose products and complete home-improvement projects through sales advice, estimates, order coordination, and follow-up.
What you'll do
- Identify customer needs, explain product features and services, and help close sales.
- Provide estimates, schedule installer visits, process and track orders or installations, and follow up on project completion.
- Monitor inventory and pricing, assist with store operations, and train department associates.
