Help customers plan home-improvement projects and select millwork products, while providing sales support and coordinating orders, installations, and follow-up.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on products, features, promotions, financing, and project needs; provide estimates and help close sales.
- Coordinate installer visits, process and track orders and installations, and follow up on project completion.
- Monitor inventory, maintain pricing and documentation, support checkout and customer requests, and coach department associates.
