Provides in-store millwork sales support by advising customers, recommending products and services, and coordinating orders and installations.
What you'll do
- Understand customer needs, answer questions, and explain product and service benefits.
- Provide estimates, schedule installer visits, process and track orders and installations, and follow up on project completion.
- Monitor inventory and support pricing, checkout, and associate training.
