About the job
Helps customers choose millwork and other home-improvement products, supports sales and project orders, and maintains department operations.
What you'll do
- Consult with customers, explain product features and financing, and help close sales.
- Provide estimates, arrange installer visits, process and track orders and installations, and follow up on project completion.
- Monitor inventory and pricing, assist with checkout and customer requests, and train department associates.
