About the job
Advise customers in the Millwork department, help them select products and services, and coordinate sales and installation projects through completion.
What you'll do
- Identify customer needs, explain product features and promotions, and provide sales support.
- Prepare project estimates, schedule installer visits, process and track orders or installations, and follow up on completion.
- Monitor inventory, maintain pricing documentation, support checkout and department requests, and train associates.
