About the job
Helps customers choose millwork and other home-improvement products, supports sales and project orders, and assists with department operations.
What you'll do
- Consult with customers, explain product features and services, and help close sales.
- Prepare project estimates, coordinate installer visits, process and track orders and installations, and follow up on completion.
- Support inventory, pricing, checkout, and associate training in the department.
