Helps customers select millwork and other home improvement products, provides sales and project support, and works to close sales and complete orders.
What you'll do
- Consult with customers, answer product questions, and explain product features, promotions, and financing options.
- Provide project estimates, schedule installer visits, process and track orders and installations, and follow up on completion.
- Support inventory, pricing, checkout, and department associate training.
