What you'll do
- Engage Pro customers to identify project needs, recommend products, and achieve individual sales goals.
- Prepare and manage quotes, material lists, orders, and deliveries; coordinate fulfillment and follow-up.
- Prospect for Pro customers, promote credit and loyalty programs, and partner with store teams to deliver customer service.
