Build sales and customer relationships with Pro customers, developing project solutions and coordinating quotes, orders, fulfillment, and follow-up.
What you'll do
- Identify Pro customer project needs, recommend solutions, and achieve individual sales goals.
- Create and manage quotes, material lists, orders, and deliveries; coordinate fulfillment and follow-up.
- Prospect for Pro customers, promote credit and loyalty programs, and partner with store teams to support sales and service.
