Engage Pro customers, identify project needs, and sell and coordinate materials, orders, and deliveries to support their projects and grow sales.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, prospect for Pro customers, and achieve individual sales goals by identifying project opportunities and needs.
- Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries; coordinate fulfillment and follow-up.
- Promote Pro Credit and loyalty programs, partner with store teams, and maintain a safe, organized Pro Desk.
