Supports Pro customers with project-based sales by identifying needs, preparing orders and quotes, coordinating fulfillment, and building customer relationships.
What you'll do
- Engage Pro customers, identify project needs, and drive sales growth, including prospecting for new customers.
- Create and manage quotes, material lists, orders, and deliveries; coordinate fulfillment and follow-up.
- Promote Pro Credit and loyalty programs, and partner with store teams to provide customer support.
