Build sales and relationships with Pro customers by understanding their projects, providing product solutions, and coordinating orders, fulfillment, and delivery.
What you'll do
- Identify Pro customer needs and project opportunities, develop quotes and material lists, and drive sales.
- Coordinate orders, fulfillment, deliveries, and follow-up to support accurate, timely project completion.
- Prospect for Pro customers, promote credit and loyalty programs, and partner with store teams to provide customer service.
