Supports Pro customers’ projects by identifying needs, selling materials and services, managing orders, and coordinating fulfillment and follow-up.
What you'll do
- Build relationships with Pro customers, identify project needs, and drive sales toward individual goals.
- Prepare and manage quotes, material lists, orders, and deliveries aligned with customer projects.
- Prospect for Pro customers and coordinate with store teams to support accurate, timely project fulfillment.
