Supports Pro customers’ projects by identifying needs, recommending and selling solutions, managing orders and fulfillment, and building customer relationships.
What you'll do
- Identify Pro customer project needs and develop quotes, material lists, orders, and delivery plans.
- Build Pro sales through customer prospecting, relationship development, and promotion of Pro Credit and loyalty programs.
- Coordinate fulfillment and follow-up with store teams to support accurate, timely project completion.
