Supports Pro customers by identifying project needs, recommending and selling solutions, coordinating orders and delivery, and building customer relationships to grow sales.
What you'll do
- Engage Pro customers, identify project opportunities, and create quotes, material lists, orders, and deliveries.
- Promote Pro Credit and loyalty programs, prospect for customers, and coordinate fulfillment and follow-up.
- Partner with store teams to provide customer support and maintain a safe, organized Pro Desk.
