About the job
Conduct in-home consultations to recommend home improvement products and services, win sales, and coordinate accurate project documentation and execution.
What you'll do
- Assess customer needs, take measurements, recommend products, and close sales against established goals.
- Manage customer follow-ups and sales pipeline, while coordinating with stores, contractors, installers, and project teams.
- Prepare quotes and project files, complete required documentation, and communicate product and installation details to customers.
