Conduct in-home consultations to recommend and sell home-improvement products and services, manage customer relationships and sales pipelines, and coordinate accurate project documentation and execution.
What you'll do
- Consult with customers in their homes, assess needs and measurements, and recommend products, services, and installation options.
- Meet sales goals through solution-based selling, follow-up, and management of customer relationships and sales opportunities.
- Prepare quotes and project files, complete required documentation, and coordinate with stores, contractors, installers, and project teams.
