About the job
The RDC Maintenance Administrator handles procurement, accounting, inventory, budget monitoring, and work-order data administration for the Maintenance department.
What you'll do
- Oversee parts inventory, purchase goods and services, and maintain vendor and contractor relationships.
- Monitor the maintenance budget, process expense reports, invoices, and payments, and advise the Maintenance Manager of risks or issues.
- Maintain the EAM/7i system, generate preventive maintenance and work orders, and perform administrative tasks such as reporting and filing.
