About the job
Maintains distribution center equipment by diagnosing and repairing complex issues in at least two specialty areas, while supporting safety and mentoring less experienced team members.
What you'll do
- Diagnose, plan, and perform equipment repairs and preventive maintenance; document work in the computerized maintenance management system.
- Maintain safety procedures, including worksite preparation, lock-out/tag-out, and use of appropriate PPE.
- Coordinate and mentor less experienced mechanics and utility team members; communicate with management as needed.
