Leads plant merchandising and service in the Outside Garden department, including arranging and maintaining plant displays, coordinating with vendors and store teams, and assisting customers as needed.
What you'll do
- Merchandise plants according to planograms, pricing, and color blocks; cull and price dead or distressed plants.
- Coordinate with vendors and store associates, and report merchandising, quality, quantity, and maintenance needs.
- Complete display maintenance, safety, housekeeping, and service-task documentation.
