What you'll do
- Schedules, trains, coaches, and manages Merchandising Service Associates and team resources, including leading teams of 11–21 people.
- Oversees merchandising projects, displays, planograms, price changes, stocking, and product returns or damage processing.
- Supports customers and store teams while maintaining store safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
