What you'll do
- Leads, coaches, schedules, and manages the performance of supervisors and associates; addresses associate concerns and escalates issues when needed.
- Oversees store operations, including opening and closing, payroll and expenses, customer service, safety, staffing, and shrink prevention.
- Manages MST resets, service, pricing, Live Nursery service as needed, promotional execution, and product-location accuracy through SIMS.
