What you'll do
- Leads and develops supervisors and associates, sets operational goals, coaches performance, and handles escalations.
- Manages store operations as Manager-on-Duty, including staffing, opening and closing, payroll oversight, safety, and shrink prevention.
- Oversees store resets, service and pricing activity, Live Nursery service as needed, promotional execution, and product-location accuracy.
