What you'll do
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, journal entries, and supporting documentation for SEC disclosures.
- Analyze and resolve complex accounting transactions, reconciliations, and close-cycle issues.
- Design and oversee financial-control testing for SOX compliance and coordinate with auditors.
