Leads and supports sales-floor associates in the Appliances, Cabinets, and Millwork departments to deliver customer service, meet sales goals, maintain inventory and merchandising, and uphold store safety.
What you'll do
- Coaches, trains, delegates work to, and manages the performance and coverage of associates; may supervise across departments.
- Supports customer sales, down stocking, inventory management, area recovery, and merchandising decisions.
- Promotes safe work practices and communicates team concerns and performance updates to management; may occasionally open or close the store or serve as manager-on-duty.
