Leads and supports sales-floor associates in Building Materials to deliver customer service, meet sales goals, maintain inventory and merchandising, and promote store safety.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, delegate to, and manage associates while ensuring department coverage and communicating best practices and concerns to leadership.
- Support customer-facing sales activities and department operations, including down stocking, inventory management, area recovery, and merchandising.
- Promote safe work practices by monitoring power equipment use, coaching safe behaviors, conducting safety walks, and reporting hazards.
