Leads and supports sales-floor associates to deliver customer service, meet sales goals, maintain department operations, and uphold store safety.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, delegate tasks to, and manage the performance and coverage of associates; communicate best practices and updates to store leaders.
- Support customer-facing sales and service, down stocking, inventory management, area recovery, and merchandising decisions.
- Monitor safe equipment use and work practices; conduct safety walks, report hazards, and occasionally open or close the store or serve as manager-on-duty.
