Leads and supports a sales-floor team in Building Materials to deliver customer service, meet sales goals, maintain inventory and merchandising, and uphold store safety.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, delegate work to, and manage the performance and coverage of associates, including across departments as needed.
- Support customer sales and service, down stocking, inventory management, area recovery, and merchandising decisions.
- Monitor safe use of power equipment, conduct safety walks, and communicate team concerns and updates to management.
