Leads and supports associates in the Electrical and Plumbing departments to deliver customer service, meet sales goals, maintain inventory and merchandising, and uphold store safety.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, delegate work to, and manage the performance and coverage of associates.
- Support customer-facing sales and service, down stocking, inventory management, merchandising, and area recovery.
- Monitor safe work practices and equipment use; communicate department concerns and best practices to leadership and the team.
