Leads and supports sales-floor associates in the Electrical and Plumbing departments to deliver customer service, meet sales goals, manage daily operations, and maintain store safety.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, direct, and manage associates’ performance and daily tasks, ensuring adequate department coverage.
- Support customer sales and service, merchandising, down stocking, inventory management, and area recovery.
- Promote safe work practices, monitor power-equipment use, and communicate department concerns to management.
