Leads and supports a flooring and decor sales-floor team to deliver customer service, meet sales and service goals, maintain the department, and promote store safety.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, delegate work to, and manage the performance and coverage of associates; share customer-focused sales and service practices.
- Support customer sales, down stocking, inventory management, merchandising, and area recovery; supervise associates across departments when needed.
- Promote safe work practices, monitor power-equipment use, and conduct safety walks; may occasionally open or close the store or serve as manager-on-duty.
