Leads and supports a flooring and decor sales team to deliver customer service, meet sales goals, maintain inventory and merchandising, and uphold store safety.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, delegate work to, and manage the performance and coverage of associates; share practices that support sales and service goals.
- Support customer sales, down stocking, inventory management, area recovery, and merchandising decisions.
- Monitor safe work practices and equipment use; conduct safety activities and report hazards.
