About the job
Leads and supports a flooring and décor sales-floor team to deliver customer service, meet sales goals, maintain inventory and merchandising, and uphold store safety.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, delegate to, and manage associates while ensuring department coverage and completion of daily tasks.
- Support customer sales, down stocking, inventory management, area recovery, and merchandising decisions.
- Promote safe work practices, communicate issues to management, and occasionally open or close the store or serve as manager-on-duty.
