Leads and develops a flooring and decor sales-floor team to deliver customer service, achieve sales and service goals, maintain the department, and support store safety.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, delegate work to, and manage the performance and coverage of associates; share practices that support sales and service objectives.
- Support customer-facing sales and service, down stocking, inventory management, merchandising, and area recovery.
- Promote safe work practices, monitor power-equipment use, and conduct safety walks; may open or close the store or serve as manager-on-duty.
