About the job
Leads the Inside Garden sales floor team to deliver customer service, meet sales goals, maintain inventory and merchandising, and uphold store safety.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, delegate work to, and manage the performance and coverage of associates; share sales and service best practices.
- Support customer-facing sales and service, down stocking, inventory management, area recovery, and merchandising decisions.
- Promote safe work practices, monitor power equipment use, and conduct safety walks; may occasionally open or close the store or serve as manager-on-duty.
