About the job
Leads the Inside Garden sales floor team to deliver customer service, meet sales and service objectives, maintain the department, and promote safe store operations.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, delegate work to, and manage the performance and coverage of associates.
- Support customer-facing sales, down stocking, inventory management, merchandising, and area recovery.
- Monitor safe equipment use, conduct safety activities, and communicate store concerns and updates to management.
