About the job
Leads and supports the Paint department team to deliver customer service, meet sales goals, maintain merchandise and inventory, and follow store safety practices.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, delegate work to, and manage the performance and coverage of associates, including across departments as needed.
- Support customer sales and service, down stocking, inventory management, merchandising, and area recovery.
- Monitor safety practices and equipment use; communicate team concerns and updates to management. May occasionally open or close the store or serve as manager-on-duty.
