About the job
Leads and supports a retail department team to deliver customer service, meet sales goals, maintain merchandise and inventory, and uphold store safety.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, delegate work to, and manage the performance and coverage of associates.
- Support customer-facing sales, down stocking, inventory management, merchandising, and area recovery.
- Promote safe work practices, communicate department issues to management, and occasionally open or close the store or serve as manager-on-duty.
