Leads sales-floor associates across paint, electric, and plumbing to deliver customer service, meet sales goals, maintain inventory and merchandising, and uphold store safety.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, delegate work to, and manage the performance and coverage of associates across departments.
- Support customers and sales objectives; assist with down stocking, inventory management, merchandising, and area recovery.
- Monitor safe work practices, conduct safety walks, and report hazards; may occasionally open or close the store or serve as manager-on-duty.
