Leads and supports store associates in Pro Services and building materials to deliver customer service, achieve sales goals, maintain inventory and merchandising, and uphold store safety.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, delegate tasks to, and manage the performance and coverage of associates, including across departments as needed.
- Support customer sales, down stocking, inventory management, merchandising, and area recovery.
- Monitor safe work practices and equipment use; communicate team concerns and updates to management.
