Leads and supports sales-floor associates in Pro Services and building materials to deliver customer service, meet sales goals, maintain inventory and merchandising, and follow store safety practices.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, delegate work to, and manage the performance and coverage of associates, including across departments as needed.
- Support customer sales and service, down stocking, inventory management, merchandising, and area recovery.
- Promote safe work practices and communicate department concerns and updates to store leaders.
