Leads and supports store associates in Pro Services and other departments to deliver customer service, achieve sales and service goals, maintain merchandise and inventory, and follow safety practices.
What you'll do
- Coach, train, delegate work to, and manage the performance and coverage of associates.
- Support customer sales, down stocking, inventory management, area recovery, and merchandising decisions.
- Monitor equipment use and store safety; communicate team concerns and, occasionally, open or close the store or serve as manager-on-duty.
