What you'll do
- Train, schedule, supervise, and review Security Officers; ensure posts are staffed and security equipment is managed.
- Patrol and audit the site, monitor CCTV, validate building security, and support driver processes in compliance with CTPAT.
- De-escalate and respond to incidents; report concerns and maintain detailed case records, including coordination with leadership and law enforcement.
